Design Process
01 - Web Prep
After on-boarding, we gather everything needed to build the website. The copywriting, photos, brand identity, inspiration, and anything else we’ll need. I’ll send a few mood boards for creative direction so we know where we’re headed next.
To keep the process organized, we move through four phases: web prep, design, develop, and launch:
02 - Design
Up next is design! I’ll design the homepage of the website, and collect any feedback you may have. After the homepage approval, I’ll go on to prototype the rest of the website, and gather feedback + revise.
03 - Develop
Once we’re set on the website design, this is when you get to relax, catch up on your shows, or take that long awaited nap while I go headfirst into development mode. I’ll be busy developing your website, setting up SEO, and making sure it’s all good to go on the back end.
04 - Launch!
We will walk through your brand new site together, get you set up with your domain, and launch that baby!

Your website will be built with SEO best practices from the ground up, which gives you a strong foundation. I'll optimize your site structure, content, and metadata so search engines can easily find and understand your site. That said, SEO is a long-term game. Showing up on page one typically takes 3-6 months of consistent effort, including creating content (like blog posts) and building your local presence. I'll set you up with everything you need and provide guidance on how to continue improving your rankings over time.

Projects are typically split into milestones: 50% deposit to book your project, and 50% before delivery. For larger projects, we can discuss payment plans during our discovery call.

I get it. If the full investment feels out of reach, we can talk about adjusting the scope, maybe starting with just a website without custom branding, or reducing the number of pages. We can always add more later as your practice grows. If you're just starting out and need something more basic, I'm happy to point you toward some DIY resources and you can come back when you're ready for something custom.

Yes! If you have them, I'll integrate HIPAA-compliant contact forms (via tools like Jotform) and make sure your scheduling system is properly embedded. Your website itself doesn't store patient information.
